Portal da Belleza guarantees free shipping throughout Brazil. This means we deliver to all addresses in Brazil free of charge! All our orders are shipped with free shipping, with no risk of customs fees or charges.

All Portal da Belleza Store products are shipped directly from our warehouses to our customers' addresses. Shipping takes 2-7 business days from payment confirmation. This time includes order sorting, packaging, and carrier pickup.

We usually process orders within a maximum of 2 business days, but sometimes things happen that we cannot control, such as problems with the carrier or the factory, so the maximum period is 7 business days.

Delivery is always made by the Post Office, however in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, regions with delivery restrictions and other reasons, the Post Office may leave a notice to collect the products at the agency closest to the address provided.

Please pay close attention when filling out the delivery address to ensure delivery is made within the established deadline. Please note that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, as the product is already separated for shipping within this period.
